Ive heard both answers....do you, or do you not have to drop the tank to install the new pump? cant it be done under the back seat?

 

You have to drop the tank. I just posted about this last week. Someone even posted a long *** "how to replace the fuel pump" thread. The only thing under the cargo bin is the fuel level sensor.

I just noticed you have an Integra though, I'm not too sure but some have said it's the same thing...you have to drop the tank.
