If you do not want to upgrade your valvesprings and retainers your choices are limited. Toda A, JUN 2, and Skunk2 stage 1 will run fine on stock valvetrain and still up power a little.
If you have the cash to spend on valvetrain, a very easy to tune cam that makes good top end power is the JUN 3. You should also look into the Buddy Club 3 & 4, Skunk2 stage2, and Toda B. They all work well on ITR motors.
