Default CAN I JUST GET SOME GOOD HELP

I AM WORKING ON MY FIRST HONDA. YES IAM BEGINNER BUT I WANT TO LEARN .
I JUST HAVE A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS. ANY FEED BACK WOULD BE COOL.
MY RIDE: 1990 ACCORD EX 4 DOOR MAROON IN COLOR
1.MY RIDE IS SPUTTERING, NOT ALWAYS BUT IT USUALLY DOES THIS WHEN I START OUT FROM A STOP? SOMETIMES IT FEELS LIKE I AM RUNNING ON 3 CYLINDERS.
2.I GOT A SET OF HONDASPORT SPRINGS (HSA701R) , IS THIS A GOOD IDEA? IS THIS SOMETHING I HAVE TO DO? I WOULD LIKE TO LOWER MY CAR SO WHAT ELSE DO I NEED?
THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING.............

My first helping piece of information is to NOT type in caps.

My second is to read the basic guide which is stickied at the top of the forum.

As for the sputtering I would look at all things involved:
air filter
plugs
wires

You may also want to look into cleaning your EGR ports...search under egr ports and you will find many diy's on how to do this, this will help with any hesitation you may be experiencing.

Since you car is 90 i am assuming your stock shocks are probably blown or pretty close to being blown. I would recomment purchasing a new set of shocks to install with the springs. This will save you work down the line.

The only specialty tool needed for that install is a spring compressor that you could probably rent from kragens or something. Definitely becareful when using it because a compressed spring can be very dangerous.

Good luck with your car
