Well i'm starting to mod my RR. For reference, it's a BLACK 03. So far, these are my for sure plans:
-new michelin tires
-frame sliders
-swing arm sliders
-yoshimura rs5 (in carbon fiber)
-misc carbon fiber pieces (fenders, etc)

Now the hard decision ... i want to do something with my wheels. I've thought about doing the red lip/sticker, but alot of people have done it. These are my ideas:

-red lip/sticker
-all BRONZE (a color similar to the brake caliper)
-ORANGE lip/sticker (a guy on here has it on his black/orange gixxer)
- or ... ALL ORANGE, like that of the repsol replica.

Not sure what i wanna do .. any ideas/advice/comments/etc? Here are some pics to get your brains working



Well ... it looks like thats the only pic i can find!

But, if i went with the repsol orange style, i'd probly get some orange stickers to go with the "orange theme" ... but bronze would be hot, and match the calipers.

id be interested in seeing what an all black RR with bronze wheels would look like...

 

i'd vote for bronze. I've got a black/silver F4i and i've been curious as to what bronze wheels would look like. I think they would look hot on your bike.

 

Black with Bronze would be the shiznit. I was thinking of powdercoating my frame and rims, but I think I'll just do the rims and polish the frame. I'm gonna have one car and the bike painted to match, a honda CAR pulling a honda BIKE.

 

All bronze would like more nicer on your black RR.

hmm ... i'm still thinkin bronze, but everything is so tempting.

i forgot to leave an option along the lines of "LEAVE YOUR WHEELS ALONE, IDIOT" ... but i forgot.

 

I say black in the front and bronze in the back. And if you don't like it, bronze the front later.
