Idle Outa control!!! Any Ideas??? Thanks!
95 civic d16z6-
engine idles very low (between 500-600 r's) when it gets up to temp or on very hot days.
I've had to advance the ignition timing pretty far just to get a decent idle at any temp. The problem here is my plugs have since turned white... so i know it's getting all the spark it needs. I can't leave it advanced like this too much longer or I'm going to run into more problems.
I've replaced the plugs (ngk), wires (magnecore 8.5), cap/rotor/dizi... and the ecm is throwing no codes. I've also looked over all the vacuum lines and everything looks to be finr there.
If anyone has any sugestions they would be greatly appriciated!
Thanks, Mike

I have tightened up the throtle cable (didn't help). Losened it back up after about a week (didn't want to stretch it)
