ITR quarter panel problem
If you take it to a good body shop you won't be able to tell it was even replaced. I just bought a R and the carfax showed that it was accident free and when I stripped the interior I found out that the quarter panel had been replaced but they did such a good job I didn't even notice.
You could do it right by replacing the entire 1/4 panel skin, or just have them replace that bottom section and use a seam across the skin itself.(this will look shitty if they aren't pimps when it comes to auto body.)
Awww, that chit will buff out...
Seriuosly though, I had some quarter panel damage on my Teg... I took it to Acura's body shop, you can't even tell...

Shop the caR around and get opinions from the body guys also. We may not be able to see the severity of the damage by the pics.

You can purchase a new Acura OEM quater panel for 330ish which is a touch over cost. I would just find a great body guy who will do the install correctly and then a good painter to go over the panel after the install.
This is what I had to do with my car a few months back. Total cost including parts was in the 1500 range. Not bad at all for a new panel that looks perfect.

I had my passanger quarter replaced about a year and a half ago by the Honda dealer and you can never tell anything happened, although I paid a little bit more for my quarter and that was at cost(must have been a shortage then)
