Default How to... Get behind Del Sol air control counsel?

just wondering if someone would give/show steps to get behind the air counsel in a del sol (IE the panel that control air temperature & AC & inside vents etc). The lights there are all dimming out and dying. i'd like to replace'em without breaking something. Links would be easy enough too.
