some of you know the story, some dont, i dont care to go into details about the past. all im going to say is that i developed a case of crankwalk and rod knock (right now this is theory, but also most likely a fact). so, fustration got the best of me and i orded a JDM h22a from hmotorsonline.
took the h23vtec out last weekend, worked on it here and there all week, and finally finished today

btw, any sort of break-in period was definitely broken today hehe. and yes, i know my driverside headlight is in rough shape, one of these days ill get it recleared or something
id also like to add that i am proud to say that this is my first engine swap done completely by myself. i did have some of the techs at work give me advice/point things out, but all the wrenching was done by yours truely
i know most of you dont care but i was pretty damn happy about that when i turned the key, pushed the start button and she fired up within 10 seconds

h23vtec pulled a lil harder down low. but after that, its hard to tell. im going to have to stop by Titan Motorsports this week so i can get a dyno appt. it runs rich as hell b/c of the old h23vtec tuning hahah
