That aint no UKDM car, thats some weird-*** euro trash ****. We have RHD cars in the UK, that EG's LHD. Plus the number plate on the back of the pug 206 should be yellow if it was in the UK, but its white, and the spacing on the plate is euro style too, probably german or french by the looks of it.

This is a good pic of UKDM style, keepin it clean and OEM-ish.
