Lately my car has been kinda boggy. I have an idea but im not sure. When i really push the gas, the car starts to hesitate, alot. It doesnt go at all, but when I lightly push the gas, it will go. Now, I have a b16a1 and when I cant really push my car, it makes me slightly aggravated. This started to happen on my way home from school last week (GA to MA) and I ended up having to ditch the car in Maryland because it would have never made it through New York Memorial day traffic. I found a Honda dealership, I told them to look but dont touch. The car was kinda overheating too, so they checked the radiator as well.
When I went to go pick it up, this is what I got from them. They said that my radiator is to small for the engine (stock STD rad.). And that my vtec is properly hooked up and thats the reason for the car to be acting the way it is. They didnt do anyhting to it and I still took it with the problems it had, driving 400 miles on an engine that has no go. I no, it sucked a ton. But on the plus, I got insane gas milage because of it. Like close to 40 milles per gallon. Anyway, i just wanted to see if what im describing could possibly be connected to the vtec and should i change my rad? Thx for everyones help!

well, it is throwing the vtec code so i no that the vtec isnt properly hooked up some where. So could that be the problem? And for my stock rad., Its fine for the most part but it does give me some troubles, like when its been on for a long time, and its just sitting, it goes up! I have no idea why. And i know that there are no leaks because a pressure test was done to it and it was fine. So i just donr no about it. its trippin me out. And for the timing, its right where it needs to be. So i dunno.
