Default Does Tps create horsepower loss?

I was just wondering cause i installed a obd0 b16 manifold on my 2000 b16. The manifold is stock just portmatched to a Type R throttlebody. The T/b didnt have a TPS so i took my old one i just tuned it till the car ran good but didnt check it with voltmeter.

you'll be fine. It's just reading how far you've pressed the throttle. The difference won't be in the sensor, it'll be with the ecu you use.
