Default Help with Ground Control Order

I ordered some GC Sleeves with Eibach ERS springs. I specified custom rates of 400lbs/in front and 500lbs/in rear.

I got the order shipped the first them and they sent me the off the shelf standard integra rates. I shipped the product back at the vendors expense. The vendor shipped out the order of what I wanted orginally, however I got the wrong rates again.

I was shipped:

Front Spring Part #: 200-64-67
Rear Spring Part #: 180-64-44

I am at loss, how the vendor could mess up my order twice by sending me the stanard integra rates, and not custom.

AFAIK ground control has set prices and does NOT LIKE peole to sell for under that price, thats probably why no limit doesn't sell them anymore

I called GC directly. I was even ready in ordering agains't his advice, but he talked me ought of it. I think he said he was going to have somekind of h-t special or something. He also recomended 430#'s in the front and I said 400# rears. He said this was a good setup. Anyone else have any input for me. Car is 89 hatch, st rear bar, si front bar, koni yellow, I was going ot order tophats and everything.

I just did 430/500 love it. Went through Redshift, he charges 320 or so for the setup. Also did the hats on the front. Some of eibach springs have metric ratings on them, which is what I think the first guy got. You'd have to do the conversion to get it right.

Ok. well I am set for 430's on the front. Can anyone help with what I need for the rear? I run stock 88-91 front sway bar and a ST rear sway along with koni yellows. This is on a 89 hatch. I've seen people go higher rate's and lower rate in the rear. can anyone explain this? deff going 430 in front just don't know what of GC's to put in the rear? I thought 400's were the way to go?

i really think he had a big missunderstanding. THe guy on the phone was talking about the fact that they would have the "baby tubes" for koni's back in stock after being out of stock for awhile

JHPusa has GC's for $289.00USD, I've been looking around for some for my 00 ek but i'm most likely going to be ordering them straight from GC.. i gotta call and ask what some good spring rates would be for my driving interests, today i am ordering my KONI yellows for about 114 a piece they come out to around 445 f/s/h

yeah, but jhp charges something like $50 extra if you order gc's w/ custom rates (or so it was the last time I checked). Since i live in ca, i have to pay tax, which i would rather not. The one time i ordered thorough GC, they were very informative. i received my coilovers w/ custom rates fast. there were no errors. Paying tax and shipping is expensive though.

Not sure if it's appropriate to post this, but the best deal i found for gc's w/ custom rates was through nolimit. iirc, it was 320 shipped. this was for my eg w/ koni yellows.

HOW MANY TIMES DOES IT HAVE TO BE SAID.

If your ordering GC's, your NOT going to find a big difference in price.

Normal OTS gc are around 299 give or take 10bucks

GC's with custom spring rates, 320 or more.
