when you lowered it did you be sure to cut the bump stop in 1/2 and not use the dust cover. also check if the spring has set in the hat

Could be some of them factors. Hell, maybe your car likes that gangsta lean...

its pretty normal actually that the driver side is lower. pretty typical for a car 14-17 years old. you can alleviate some of it by resetting your bushings. basically put your car on jack stands. loosen your lower control arm bolts (inner and shock bolt) and upper control arm bushings (these are kind of hard to get to) for the fronts. upper control arm (just the outer bushing) and lower control arm bolts in the rear. then jack up one corner at a time until the weight of the car is off the jack stand. then tighten each of the bushings at that corner.

its actually specified in the factory shop manual. its often overlooked. im not saying its going to solve your problem. the problem is that its got over a decade of abuse and unevenly worn bushings. otherwise, just get used to it. it was probably that much different before you swapped springs, you just didnt notice it because the wheel gap was bigger. now its closer so it brings it more to attention. overall, its normal.

o another thing i remebered is, do you have a camber kit, if so then your upper control arm might be resting on your fender not allowing your car to lower. mine did that when i installed a camber kit on my crx

i was thinkin that but i shaved on the CA already. it does have a camber kit. i felt a spot on the inside that kinda sticks out but the arm isnt restin on it. : /
