TWM ITBS
It takes a whopping 10 seconds worth of tweaking to get them to stop sticking. There is no such thing as a ready to install part on a car...not a rod, piston, bolt, bearing....nothing.
The older models(some 2000 series also)TWM throttle valves will not return fully closed when you release the gas pedal, causing it to be 'stuck' open.If you follow Honda Tuning magazine closely, there was an article sometime back showing R&D Dyno's H22 CRX with TWM ITBs.Look closely and you will realise that he customised a return spring from the throttle rod to a bracket on the body. This will allow positive pressure to ensure the valves return to idle position.

Ya just twist the spring holder a little for more pressure or adjust the set screw so they dont close allllll the way and to fast to get stuck. Hey Edgar your avitar is our car (cooool)
i have a set of the s2000 series and mine use to stick................ i just make sure that there always clean i mean really clean and it solved the problem on mine and if it still dont work u can mess around with teh hex bar or add a bigger spring to make sure that they close properly.
hope it works

for the 1st gen itbs I buy smal springs from the auto store and attach to the thr linkage then bolt the other end of springs on to the shocktower on the drivers side and it snaps back really good. most civic and crx have a 10mm bolt hole ont he shock tower side.
