Default Running rich, rough, bogging after swap

First off, I am not a newb. My other profile, Ekonte will not allow me to log in for some odd reason.

I have just swapped a 95' d16z6 into my 98 ek hatch. It has a header and an intake, and a chiped p28 ecu. We've wired up everything as it is supposed to be, re-wiring some 3 wire sensors to 2 for obd1, and have changed pin 14a to pin 12a for the IAVC on the obd2 ecu plugs.

Here is the problem. The car starts but idles very high (above 2000rpm), and runs incredibly rich because the smell makes you nautious, also when ever the throttle is touched the car looses all power boggs and sometimes even completely kills the motor. I was previously throwing a code 14, but since we've changed the 14a to 12a, code 14 is gone and im only getting a code 43 (fuel system). The injectors are the obd2 ones from my y7, and are all in good shape and getting the proper ohms. I have not checked fuel pressure regulator and am wondering if that is where my problem may be. We've also rewired the dizzy, but all colours were done right and my tach works just fine. Could the fuel pressure regulator be giving me this much trouble?????

Pls someone help me cause I'm out of ideas

Footnotes
d16z6 in 98 hatch. Starts but runs rough, rich and boggs when given throttle. Not an injector problem

check the map sensor plug and tps plug are not switched. the tps plug might need to be extended. i've done this mistake before and the codes didn't show up at all.

I've tried switching those sensor plugs and the car still runs the same.

Could the problem be from the rewiring of the dizzy? What we did was took the obd1 dizzy and cut the clip off of it and soldered the clip of my obd2 d16y7 dizzy, matching the colours because the two clips that come off the dizzy had matchin colours?

Should some of those wires have been switched?
