Any machine shop will do it. If you got money anyone will do it for ya. Just make sure they're a repitable place and will guarantee it for ya.

theres a place called something like Seven Speed (not sure exactly what its called but dude owns a shitload of RX7"S).
in washington, Pa, there is Strope's Speed Shop (the best shop i know of)
