Hey all, I just recently received an 05 Accord V6. Its my dads old car and he won another one, unfortunately, the poor man cant drive a manual, so its an automatic, and im looking to do a tranny swap and drop in the 6 spd. Only problem is im having a lot of trouble finding one. No one seems to even have an engine/tranny combo, let alone just the transmission. If you guys know of any decent places where I can find a 6 spd tranny (new or used) for an 03-05 Accord V6, as well as any other hardware I might need, lemme know.

 

Honestly I would sell that v6 AT and get a v6 MT....the manual swap CAN be done it is obviously going to take time, money and patience, all of which can be saved if you buy a MT from the factory.

You would have to get either a 6spd MT from a 7th gen accord or a tl-s 6speed. Hope this helps.
