RP or Mobil 1 unless you're talking about german castrol.

regular syntec is just a fancy conventional oil. group III basestock with a good additive package. AFAIK the RP is a true gIV/V base with a good additive package. M1 is a GIV/V base with the additives dissolved into a GIII solution so it's not a fully synthetic oil, but it's good enough and easy to find.

other synthetics to consider: amsoil, redline.

Royal Purple is not even pure synthetic. It is a blend of synthetic with base patroleum oil. Now this seriously contradicts why people stay away from base patroleum. The advantage of sythetic oil is the uniform length in carbon chains. The uniformness is what gives the heat advantages in the boil off and antifriction advantages. Tell why would in the bloody hell would they use base patroleum in their fluid? Porsche, Mercedes, Farrari, and Lamborgini don't use them in their stock pour. But racers that promote Royal Purple them though. Is that funny when Royal Purple also sponsor their race car too? I would go with Mobil One or Castrol Synthetic. Just my opinion.

It also funny that I also work for Schlumberger, an oil field service contract company.

well then i guess RP is another oil that's being passed off as a full syn. it's pretty impossible to find a pure synthetic these days, and you can thank castrol for that.

as i said in my post international versions of syntec are guilty of the same mixing--actually syntec is worse since they're not using a synthetic basestock at all. RP (apparently) and M1 have the GIV/V base, but mix in GIII for the additive package. syntec's just a hydrocracked gIII basestock.
