Default DOHC Zc with dx tranny and flywheel

should i just get the stock dx clutch or the 88 crx si clutch

The stock clutch is the same and does not depend on the model but it does depend on the year. ie

88 is different from the 89 which is different from the 90-91.

Get the clutch that matches the transmission year.

If you have the 88 DX flywheel and tranny then just get the clutch for that, Si and DX are the same.
