ever see Randy mamola ride a formula 1 bike? his style was to actually lift the out side foot off the peg on the outside foot. Not the best technique in the world, but he won many GP's that way

I read an article somewhere, where this magazine guy was asking Jeremy Burgess about the new Rossi edition R6 (or whatever) and what it had in common with the YZR-M1. He said "it has two wheels, and 6 gears"

That is usually how my outside foot is, not as extreme as that pic though.

These pictures aren't you are they?

His outside foot position seems fine since the outside foot is mostly rider preference and what he/she finds easiest to weight the pegs with.

IMO his butt should be moved over further to the inside of the corner so his outside knee is against the tank, it's hard to tell only having shots from the outside but it looks like he could move over a bunch more. It's much easier to hang out when you have more contact points with the outside leg. When you get your outside calf, knee and thigh against the tank it acts almost like a hook to help keep you on the bike.

Yea!! I got the same muffler bracket and frame sliders. I think w/my white stripes being on the upper part of my fairing, I can copy the '05 look. Gotta cover my headlights tho. How do you do that w/o getting race fairings?

You don't go full tippy-toes in every corner. When in a tight left or most lefts for that matter. You keep your outside foot (right) mid-plant. This is so that you can still control the rear-brake lever. Squids and noobs should NEVER practice using brakes in the turn so don't try it. As for turns to the right you keep your left foot not all the way on tippy either. You keep it mid-plant so that you can upshift mid-turn, or exiting the apex. Helps even more if your shifter is setup GP.
