Ok im pretty newbie when it comes to K serie swap and all this stuff...

Right now I have a 1995 Civic coupe with a good turbo setup that push 300whp on my D serie engine. My daily driver is a Honda Element and I really like it for every day driving. I even killed some riced out Civic with it from a stop lol

I would like to get more whp in it ... what would be my better option to keep my truck reliable ?

I know that I could install a head from an RSX type S or a head from a TSX but I dont want to have to run a K pro on my daily driver... could I use a TSX ECU or something like that ??

I just want to make my truck feels like a stock one but with more hp if you know what I mean....

LOL...Why do you keep on referring to your grocery-getter as a truck? Not even close to a truck...


As far as what you want....You want HP but you dont want to sacrifice a stock feel...It's like saying you want to go surfing, but you dont want to get in the water...I'd say ECU upgrade if anything (if any is even offered) if you still want to try and get that stock feel with a performance gain....

got any pictures of your civic? I'd like to see that setup.......

yeah I know an Element is not a real truck lol anyway I just want to know if its possible to run a stock ECU with a head swap... or I need to get K pro ? What I mean when I said that I want to keep the stock feeling is just that I do not want to have to do mechanic on it every week to be sure that all is okay thats all lol
