Default Can adjusting camber throw off alignment?

I went from a 15 rim to a 16 rim and had to adjust the camber in the rear cause of the bigger tires. Will it throw off my alignment? Thanks.

Adjusting camber could affect your toe in or toe out however it is not likely.

Camber is part of alignment. Adjusting camber by definition changes your alignment. And changing camber can change toe (and in the front it can change caster as well)

You cannot change the toe, height, caster or camber without affecting the other things on some level.
