The car is very well maintained and in excellent running condition. The interior and exterior of this car is super clean. Power windows, door locks and sunroof are standard along with a Carr alarm. The A/C and P/S have been removed. Regular oil changes done every 3k or sooner and transmission fluid(Honda MTF) changed every 15k. Spark plugs changed very 10k. The chassis has 92k and the B16A motor has 70k. The engine was previously removed in favor of an LS/VTEC setup; recently sold. The current engine setup is very reliable, runs smooth and burns no oil. The timing belt, waterpump, tensioner and alternator belt were changed at 63k.

Ok, now for the mods.

ENGINE: The engine is basically stock(original USDM B16A). PWR radiator, Energy Suspension motor mount inserts and shifter stabilizer bushings, Spoon res covers, Vision racing catch can, HKS high-flow drop-in panel filter, Spoon Sports kevlar intake elbow, Toda Racing cam gears, Portflow titanium retainers, ITR outer valve springs, Portflow inner valve springs, Hondata intake manifold gasket, AEM fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator, DC Sports 4-1 ceramic header, RS*R cat-back exhaust, Exedy cerametallic street clutch and DC Sports short-shifter. Basic engine management is controlled via Apexi VAFC and OBD1 ECU(Mugen program) w/ jumper harness. The original OBD2 ECU will be included as well.

SUSPENSION/BRAKES: Tein SS coilovers, Spoon front and rear strut tower bars, Comptech rear sway bar/tie bar unit. Front(Progress) and rear camber kits. Powerstop drilled/slotted rotors, AEM brake pads, Goodridge stainless steel brake lines. Motul 5.1 brake fluid used.

WHEEL/TIRE/EXTERIOR: 15x7 Mugen RNR(black w/ red lip) 4x100 bolt pattern; wrapped with Dunlop FM901 rubber in a 195/55/15 size. Mugen wheel locks(2 sets), JDM CTR headlights, Mugen front lip spoiler, Signal Auto Carbonfiber mirrors, Carbon Worx hood, OEM rear lower apron, JDM EK side moldings. Stock mirrors and headlights will be included.

INTERIOR: Factory rear seats, GSR front seats, Momo Tuner steering wheel w/ Mugen horn button and FET quick release. JDM CTR gauge bezel, Mugen pedal set, Spoon duracon shiftknob(black), JDM EK vent/pocket.

ICE: Sony in-dash Mini Disc player, Crossfire 6.5in midrange speakers and 1in tweeters. In addition to a Crossfire 200watt amplifier.

this car is clean as ****, free bump for john, i have seen and driven this car, it is sitting next to me right now and i can vouch that this is possibly the most well built si i have ever seen, no corners cut, nothing but the best parts.
