whats mods to do to my 05 r6!!!
frame sliders, swingarm spools/sliders, decent set of stands (so often overlooked)
in the go fast department, skip the k&n it does very little, a slip on and pc3 do alot though
and undertail cleanup setup like the competition works does wonders for appearence and top speed, as well as some front flushmounts like greggs, the sky is the limit its your bike,

thats an 03 we did last year, lots of aftermarket stuff

if you need any help with anything feel free to call us, 717 766 7144 ask for kris, we enjoy helping people make their bikes what they want to be, even if we don't make a dime off of it

First off I would sign up for English 101. My head hurts trying to decipher that. Either that or switch to decaf.
K&N won't do much in the performance department, but it's cleanable and reusable so that's a plus. Probably doesn't cost more then a factory filter and it lasts forever (or 1,000,000 miles whichever comes first).
Velocity Stacks. We'll just skip that one.
Frame sliders do wonders. It amazes me how much these little chunks of Delrin (the only ones you should be buying) save your bike. A buddy of mine just highsided his '04 GSXR750 at BeaveRun recently going about 60mph. All he needed was a shift lever and stator cover. Matching bar end sliders and swingarm sliders should be considered as well.
The rest is up to you. If you don't have a full set of gear, that should be number one before you even sign the papers (unless of course you finance your gear).

Honestly, do you guys need to go any faster on the street? When I do it all over again; I'm just going to leave the damn thing alone as far as that junk goes. Do get a steering damper though; rode a 05 r6 last night and the front ends are super light and turn way too easily...

Agree w/all the top posts. But no amount of performance upgrades are gonna make you faster than good riding skills. I'll bet you that a $15 dollar book will give you more horsepower than all those performance parts. Twist of the Wrist II by Keith Codes. Everyone will vouch for that one.
As for almost essential upgrades..
1. Frame sliders
2. Steering damper
3. and maybe NRC type engine covers
