Default B16A CRX WITH OBD1 smog ??

Hi, to all i need to know for sure what manifold i can use to pass smog,in cali
I was told that skunk 2 will pass the bar, but why not an ITR manifold they are very similar correct? I get different answers, i know for sure a delsol obd1 manifold will pass, but i can not seem to find one. If anyone can shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for your help

OBD-1 JDM B16A is the same thing and will pass with the ref. Done it a few times w/out any problems. Even the 99 Si B16A manifold will work. Just make sure to have all holes & plugs (electrical & vacuum) connected and going somewhere.

I got caught using the obd0 pr3 manifold at the smog ref and he said I needed to replace it with one from a 94-97 del sol dohc vtec. I just bought a skunk2 intake manifold and he passed it because of the carb number.
