No that was with shipping and a buncha patrts to istnall it and misc stuff. GT30R is usually around 1200-1400US.

Oh and that 2G is in CDN. so it was more like 1600US. Forgot to specify.

Stock B16 with ARP head studs with external bolt on mods. nothig crazy. Seeing how far the b16 will go before she pops with my tune. So far so good. Have anotehr engine to throw in afterwards. But with the small engine. Apparently:

"Based upon my calculation with a few variances, you're looking at about 268whp w/ 1.68 pressure ratio, 89.2% Volumetric Efficiency, and about 34.9lbs/min exhaust flow from 1595cc of displacement." - The Guru, TheShodan

So it shouldn't be at at all... I'm running 11-12psi on my SC34 right now too.

The non HO turbo has a choice of a Stage 3 or Stage 5 T3 turbine wheel, the Stage 5 recommended. The HO turbos have a choice of the P trim 4T wheel in a T3 housing machined to fit the P trim wheel

I dont think that trhat sc is in its full efficientcy at 12psi, there is no need to upgrade, but I understand that you cant boost more than that due to your high comp on that stock motor, mightve jsut spent the 2g's building it up and stick with sc

You'll like it, it's a freak of a turbo, spools very fast from about anywhere. I had one for a while and loved it, lots of fun on the street. Here's a dyno of it on a built B16:

Clutch was slipping a bit here, later it made about 380 with a good clutch, but I didn't save that dyno graph.

rmcdaniels that graph is so sick. i get all flustered every time i see it. can't wait to see if i'll have the same success with my 28rs once the boost is turned up on a built block.

GT28RS and GT30R

I want to run either a GT25R or an SC34 on my LS due to my short-lived redline.

Anyone know when I'd reach full spool w/ 9:1 compression, 1.8l?
