Default what brake pads should i get? what do you recommend?

From what i hearing, its a good idea to stick with ceramic break pads...is this true? i have a 96 honda accord ex. I can buy DURALAST
NON-ASBESTOS ORGANIC brakepads at autozone for like 15 bucks, but ive been looking at these... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=831223
the "The PBR/Axxis Ultimate brake pads"

I just want something that provides good breaking, low dust and low squealing, what do you guys recommend?

PBR axxis ceramic pads r GREAT..those were one of my choises, either those or brembo sports(dunno wut material they r, think there semi-metalic or ceramic)...but my dad beat me to it and got sum shyt io never heard of(trustar ceramics)...but yea, i happen to have a set of PBR/axxis ceramic pads for 90-97 EXs...well, its not mine, but my homie bought it for his car and got the wrong ones, he has a LX i guess EX and LX pads arent interchangable..if ur interested gimme a e-mail at goowakjai@comcast.net

use factory pads they will fit good and will not squeal hell they are only about 30 dollars more than the cheap stuff ,,,on the average brake pads should last around 30-45k miles mmmm around 3 years hell that is 10 dollars a year ,,,i have seen or should i say heard many non factory pads squeal rea; bad when coming to a stop

I disconcur. I have the Axxis Metalmasters, the ones that are a step below the Ultimates and they offer some pretty impressive stopping power. They fade easily, but not as easily as stock. They dust a lot though, so watch out for that. Also look for the EBC Green Stuff pads, I've heard nothing but good things about them.
