like the question says, I bought a b16 swap for my civic vx. It's a SirII swap, not first gen. I need a cat because my vx cat doesn't work on it. Will a civic si (same generation) cat work on it? Thank you very much. You guys are a big help. I'm just not sure because I searched and read something about it just being the vx cat that doesn't work, but it wasn't a reliable source and wasn't very specific. Thanks a lot.

 

try and find a del sol vtec (the one with a b16 stock) cat, I'm sure it will fit. Don't really know about 92-95 but with my 00 civic with d16y8, I used an si (b16) cat so I'm guessing a d16z6 one will work for you.

 

thanks a lot for your help. I'm thinking about this one from ebay: 99 00 HONDA CIVIC HIGH FLOW CATALYTIC CONVERTER CAT, it'll probably work, like you said, you have a 00 civic and b16 cat fit it. It should work the other way around also. thanks a lot.

 

I have a b16 93 civic si hb, i kept my stock cat on. so stock si cat should solve your problem
