Just FYI;

Well... after after browsing this site for a long time, i'd also post one of my Projects;

Garrett TB3403 Turbocharger (cosworth)
Ramhorn-style manifold
Wiseco Pistons
Eagle Rods
Stock P&P head

This is what i found out;

Cranck measurements:
Journal diameter;
no1 49.980mm limit: 49.976-50.000mm conclusion: OK
no2 49.976mm limit: 49.976-50.000mm conclusion: OK
no3 49.970mm limit: 49.972-49.996mm conclusion: OK (just)
no4 49.982mm limit: 49.984-50.008mm conclusion: OK (just)
no5 49.990mm limit: 49.988-50.012mm conclusion: OK
Rods:
no1 47.978 limit: 44.976-45.000 conclusion: OK
no2 47.981 limit: 44.976-45.000 conclusion: OK
no3 47.988 limit: 44.976-45.000 conclusion: OK
no4 47.980 limit: 44.976-45.000 conclusion: OK
The engine had 190,000 kms on it...
Planning on 0.300-0.400 mm clearance.
Anyways.... feel free to ask questions, comment etc etc
