Default auto tensioner re oil

i was just going to buy a new auto tensioner for my h22 but they are almost 200 bucks. can i refill it with oil or rebiuld it thank you for you help.

Its a common part to fail, I would not trust a rebuilt/oiled autotensioner. I bought one a while ago from honda for $100, and it died 2 weeks later. Just go to the junkyard and buy the parts for the manual tensioner conversion.
