Whats up guys, i want some opinions on if i made the "best" decision for my tint, i dropped my 1997 Integra DB7 at Westint Motorsports in Hayward,Ca for tint. i chose 20% all around except windshield,do you guys think? and will i get pulled over,i was tempted to do 5% limo all round but i chose the 20%,just give me opinions guys thanks

 

20% is a good tint in my opinion. In the day time, honestly its not very dark, you can see through it, but at night its almost impossible to see through it which i like. I dont know the laws in your area to tell you if you will get pulled over or not, but I know that in Colorado, its illegal, but the cops around here dont really care too much about tint. When I had 20% done to my car, i loved it and honestly wouldnt go any lighter or darker. 5% limo tint is wayyy too dark, and even the most laid back cop might give you a double take. anyhoo, i think you chose right post pics of it when you get your car back

np. just to let you know how it might look. see how you can still look through the back window? on a sunny day, its more apparent when you look through. at night tho, its pretty cool cause no one can see it so you can pick your nose when ever you want to jk

 

you also have to think about your interior color. a light or dark interior can affect the appearance of the tint. just some friendly advice.

20% was good choice....that's what i plan on getting...my friend had 20% put on his car...all windows except windshield...not too dark during the day, since you can still see through it...but at night its really dark and no one can see you in your car

 

i think the bigest deal with tinting is the drivability at night, and 20% you can still see out the back window to back up and such.

I've got l5% tint and have to use my side mirrors, stick my head out the window, and have person shout at me alittle if possible cause i can't see **** ha

 

i had 5% on the rear windows of my old car, it was impossible to go in reverse at night
