Yes she will.

I'll try to get some pics and dyno slips up.

Set up:

Ls 83 mm ge hd sleeves, eagle rods w/ newer rod bolts, mp crank, acl race bearings, cometic hp hg, b16 head, pocket ported, valves swirl cut and polished, skunk 2 valve train, gsr cams. Stock ignition for now, stock intake manifold, stock fpr, rc 550 cc, rev hard manifold, garret t3/t4 57 trim, gsr tranny, act clutch.

The car runs and drives like a stock integra. Good job Cort ....and thanks to neptune!

Thats right 550cc injectors. And the injector duty cycle was at 84 %. Thats neptune for ya.

Idle fuel pressure is around 42. But damn I didn't get a chance to see it. I would say 1 pound per 1 psi raise. But with a stock fpr, i would have to ask Cort on that one.

I just talk to Cort, yes stock fuel pressure at 42 psi. And no raise under boost either. As for the 454 whp it was 20-22 on the guage and 18 on the datalogg. So sorry if i missinformed ya. But still this is awesome.

I'd still have to call bullshit, unless I was there. I'm gonna say its more likely that you got wrongly badged precisions, they may say 550's on them but they're prolly more like 680's. I think you should pull them out and have them flow tested some time. Thats rediculous man, weird as hell IMO. Props to your wifes setup, that car has to be fun as hell driving.

I was kinda skeptical about the 550's making that much power too. I asked Cort what the duty cycle was on the last pull at 20 psi. On the datalog it was at 84% At peak. Right now i am using a stock fpr, i questioned if we needed a 1 to 1 fpr but he stated he has ran and tuned many times with stock fpr. Only glitches we were seeing was a little miss at peak, but that was due to the plugs being gapped at 25. So I will run it at 18 thous. gap. We will add a external coil and ignition box as well.

It's not precision injectors, they are rc's. And 550's are imprinted on the side of the injector. I got these from Tom @ Camp 1320.

I have been in this sport for 6 yrs now. I wouldn't feed you guys BS. I raced and tuned my own car as well. And i had Cort tune this because I know he is the man on neptune and hondata. We could of tried to get more from her, but thats why we stopped there was because of the duty cycle. I like to keep em under 90 % if you know what i mean. I'll pm Cort if you guys want him to explain on here on how the hell he did it.. but i saw it with my own eyes.

Please elaborate for me why neptune would yield any lower of a duty cycle when compared to other reputable and non-boot legged EMS's.

As far as checking fuel pressure, you do not check it at idle. You check static fuel pressure, not dynamic. So with a stock FPR you are probably at around a 44-47 static fuel pressure. Stock FPR's are 1:1 by the way.

I am assuming you are running the walbro HP pump, so that may have raised your pressure a tiny bit as well... but we'll let cort answer this one since I'd like to hear it straight from the horses mouth. 84% seems low to me though.

I'm not calling bullshit, I'm just curious because I have a customers car I am doing next week which I'm planning on getting in the low to mid 400's and I have the option of running either a 720 or 550cc injector. Most likely I'll go with a 720 since I always tend to larger than smaller on set-ups.
