Just as it says. I'm looking for a 1st gen. B16A to buy in good shape, with all sensors/plugs/lines intact as needed for a swap.

I've only got about $500-$550 for the engine, and $200-$250 for the tranny (tranny money is on the way, not in hand yet). Thought I had someone lined up for engine/tranny for $800, but haven't heard from him all week .... so starting to look somewhere else in the mean time.

Hit me up if you are a shop, or have these available personally. Cash money, I'll pick it up so no shipping needed ..... AFTER I pull the plugs, and pop the valve cover off to check to make sure it is good before buying.

you wont find a trans for 200-250 i think tho

hit up MMR in Upper Marlboro - talk to SEAN ONLY, not nomi or ameir , you should be able to get it for that and pick up a pr3 ecu also.

they have their own mount kit as well and its nice for the price

Steve, the guy had a longblock, and the tranny for $800 ..... so I just broke it down that way, $550, $250. And he gets them from a distributor in D.C.

I've got a cable tranny on my hatch ...... that's why I figured I could get it for that, cable is less than hydro.

You have a shortblock, not a complete engine?

konnospeed, the whole point was to not have to pay $200-300 for shipping .....

I talked to Sean B. last year after Fred Ellis recommeded I give him a call ... he would do the tranny and engine for $1000. I don't have that, nor will I for awhile. I was trying to save a buck or two.

Sean just "decided" to raise the prices up ....... they are now $1500 for engine and tranny when he quoted me $1000 this past Fall ......

whats up man.. check at this place called noyans in manassas virginia.. he has tons of motors for sale! he has around 100 b16a's with cable trannys, h22, not too many gsr motors though but he can get them.. some of the motors come with ecu, linkage etc.. im not really sure what the number is but call information.. (Noyans) i think he sells the b16's for 1100 with motor,tranny,ecu and you can get them on the spot. later..
