EK front Crx
How hard is it to mount a EK front end onto a Crx frame?
Not asking to be flamed. Looks pretty damn nice in my mind.

Anyone knows?

Not that hard if you know what you're doing.

there's a white one in my area with the 99-00 front end but no kit. just stock components. it looks really good too. the way i look at it, kit or no kit, conversion or no conversion, mild to wild, as long as the overall appearance still flows, the body lines aren't changed too drastically, the body work and the paint are smooth, it will look good. that's just me though. some cars i like and are completely ugly to most people. some cars i don't like and everyone thinks they're the ****. everyone has their own taste and just like there are haters out there, there will also be someone out there with the same thing that does it better (and worse LOL
).
).
I think it looks nice. Mad props to the customization to fit that thing on. I've seen an orange Rex around the LB area with the same thing. If you can do it and like it, go for it. I'll keep my crx with crx only parts though. That's just my opinion. This picture is pretty old too lol.
to the work it took to make it look that clean.

I have the 99 civic hb complete front end. hood/fenders/headlights/frontbumper/backbumper. I lined it up with my stock crx and it looks HUGE. my questions is, how to get the headlights to fit ? Was there a support beam used? Or was it all glued with super glue!
for my EF i did an accord headlight conversion. i made my own brackets to hold the headlights in place and modified the fenders/hood/bumper to flow correctly. since you have the necessary stock panels, i think the best way is to use the radiator support from the EK and line everything up with that. this way, the lights, hood, fenders, and bumper will line correctly.
DOH! well you can do it like i did mine. it will be extremely difficult though. but if it makes you feel better, i did my conversion for less than $50 (not including the price of the headlights) in parts at home depot.
