I got a Y7 shortblock, its' the same as a Y8 bottom end you just need to transfer over the knock sensor. The Y8 has the cast aluminum oil pan you can move that over too but otherwise it works the same. Has 95K on it but all sensors work and it runs. Just pulled it for an LS swap 3 days ago. Will sell cheap if you want it. $100 plus actual shipping cost to business address. LMK!!

 

I've got a S40 transmission from a 2000 EX that has no grinds; I'll let go for 300 dollars picked up.

A Z6 tranny has the same gearing as the Y8 tranny, and is basically indistinguishable from just looking at it.
