ATSgarage's 12-sec "ALL MOTOR" EF CRX Project
Wassup again H-T
It's me again WHORING out another ATS-G project car that i would like to share.
This has been a long time on going project that our boy Allan A.K.A "DEBO" has been playing around with and this 91' CRX Si has been around the BAY AREA since the import scene started getting popular.
He's owned this car since around 95'/96' and its been quick ever since.
If you guys remember back in the mid 90's when you were the **** running low 15-sec. passes then if you broke 14's your were DA MAN!..........well this EF was one of them
Around that time JG, GUDE, DPR were the only tuners to go and with that in mind the stock SOHC non-VTEC motor was beefed up by JG's famous head package work with the bolt on's like HKS intake, exhaust, DC header
The car went from bone stock high 15's to best time 14.2's ALL MOTOR SOHC
After awhile got bored with the power then added NOS 80-shot single fogger kit and got the car down to low 13's.
You know you old skoooo if u remember the free TUNING CONCEPT issues they used to give out
his car was in the readers ride section in the JULY 98' issue


Also another thing to add is that DEBO has never been big on doing anything to the exterior cause having it sleeper has always been his set up but until we finally convinced him to start doing some **** to make her shine.
First the cars previous color was OEM BLACK but driving it daily started to show some abuse then it went to the body shop to get the dings and dents out and also was re-sprayed in a PEACH PRIMER wich was his tade mark color for many years and im sure alot of the local OG racer's will know this car
Then he added a JDM ZC CRX carbofiber hood for meantime with some Silver SSR Type-X's.
Now the front end has been swapped over to the JDM EF8 Si-R and the car has been painted this sick pewter metallic color wich matched his slammed CHEVY SILVERADO perfectly
The Black & Red SSR Type-X's pictured are gone now but they have been replaced with some other SSR's wich i will save for the update on his car with the freshly built motor and some engine bay wire clean up

Well after going through all those stages he decided to go with the B-series set up this time and now he's finally getting to where he wants.........Semi built LS/VTEC ALL MOTOR is the set up and best pass to date is a 12.3 @1?? MPH at SACRAMETO RACEWAY
Here are some pix of the previous set up cause right now he's in the works of getting his motor back together with some new mods and hopefully his car will break that NICE 11-sec barrier for wich every ALL MOTOR street car wants

ever since he did the swap he stopped driving around on a daly basis cause daly city & broadmoore cops know his car pretty well they will be sure to **** with his car!
Well probably not now since he got it painted but it's been sitting since he's re doing his new motor
