Default So my car is on the hoist, once again :p

What is it this time?

Good ol' Spoon twinblock / Spoon rotor setup

After many days and nights, afternoons and evenings of abuse, it appears that the Spoon rotors's life is coming to an end.. twas good while it lasted

So we decided to throw in new rotors with a slight upgrade... TWIN CALIPERS!

Finished product.

Enjoy!

ps. I'm not really running 'TwIn CaLiPeRs y0', we just placed it there for fun to toy with my fellow H-T'ers.

btw. old twinblocks now for sale.

What is wrong with those rotors? If no major cracks form you can get a few more track days out of them easy.

The Spoon twinblock calipers and the rotors I got them used from one of my friend's EK. He had them for I think a year and a half, then I picked them up off him, used it for 2 years (total about 5-6 track days, wasn't that hardcore back in the day )

Can't wait for my rear sway to arrive at your shop.

Can you tell us what the difference is between the old calipers and the new ones.

Are they stronger brakes ?

So far it feels a bit better than before, my butt dyno sucks, and I still have to run in the pads, also there is no chance for me to get them up to 900 degrees (c) on the street , but hopefully I'll be hittin up the track next week! I should be give you guys a full review by then!

Oh, and for those who are asking about price on the old calipers and haven't IM'ed me, shoot me an IM.
