Default TB Spacer or no? (Searched)

Hey just wondering what you guys think abou the OBX Throttle body spacer,yay or nay.Im looking to get a littel more pore out of the f22b1 untill i save for turbo.I also have a cam gear to install next week as well.Also wondering if i install this TB spacer my idle RPM gonna be higher? Thanks in advance guys.

Quick question.... (didn't want to open a new thread, so decided to put this one back to life...)
Would a "helix" throttle body spacer for 98 to 2001 f23's fit f22b1 of a 97 accord?
If possible, ya'll let me know OKAAAYYY????!!!!

if you use like 3 or 4 in a row, you net 50 hp.

....lol... yup.... I thought I would get someone telling me that. I won't buy it... but I am still curious, I am always taking to my accord hommie, and we always tell each other things about the car, parts that can be swaped from year to year and such....
