first jig works well not the best design im sure but it was a good starting piec. good design to start with.

I got the samething on my car I didn't even glue it I just taped it together and ran it and it just melted it self together

im not sure on the angles i just cut a 4 inch piec then kept messing with the angle til like one inch was left uncut and it looked right.

ps aneybody want to help me with my welds like how that one looks what i can do to improve it? its a small lincoln 125 sp so it was workin as hard as it could to weld that stuff but it works really well.

Can't really tell, but it looks like it isn't getting that much pentration. What size wire are you using? That is some pretty thick metal to be welding with a 125 amp welder.
