Default Camshafts

OK.. I need some feedback and I hope some others do as well.

I have been all arround trying to find the best camshafts for a turbo'ed B16 with a fully built engine. I have been told that the Spoon shafts are the best because the have more of a rounded shaft and easier to tune compared to the Skunk2 that has more of a angle.

What does everyone think?

I had some spoon camshafts in my car and I wasn't that impressed with them. So I took them out and now I am rocking some JUN camshafts and they are much better They actually keep making power in high rpm's unlike the spoon's that just fell on it's face.

Try the all motor forum or the force induction forum

How built is the engine though, what is done to the head ?

Spoon camshafts are by far not the best.

Buddy clubs are good

But you don't want to go to big or you will loose power

Here is what I have so far... I will be doing a 15-20 boost. I thought that the Buddy Clubs were not that good?

Top End
Skunk2 Low Compression Valves
Skunk2 Valve Springs
Skunk2 Titanium Retainers
Skunk2 Cam Gears
ARP Head Studs

get rid of the skunk 2 springs and retainers, purchase omnopower or rocket motorsports valvetrain, and find a nice set of itr, or ctr cams

I just wish the cam choice was a lot easier too do. ITR cams you can buy new but are they the best choice? Or skunk2 turbo? or others ?
