OK.. I need some feedback and I hope some others do as well.
I have been all arround trying to find the best camshafts for a turbo'ed B16 with a fully built engine. I have been told that the Spoon shafts are the best because the have more of a rounded shaft and easier to tune compared to the Skunk2 that has more of a angle.
What does everyone think?

I had some spoon camshafts in my car and I wasn't that impressed with them. So I took them out and now I am rocking some JUN camshafts and they are much better
They actually keep making power in high rpm's unlike the spoon's that just fell on it's face.

Try the all motor forum or the force induction forum
How built is the engine though, what is done to the head ?
Spoon camshafts are by far not the best.
Buddy clubs are good
But you don't want to go to big or you will loose power
