Evercoat gold Gallon vs. XL micro quart?
I am wanting tosmooth out a part on my fender that had rust on it where i removed it all and welded a few metal pieces in. its almost like the origional shape but is rough because of the welds. i shaved those all down and am wanting to use Evercoat because iv read and heard good things about that brand.
Heres the deal:
I found where to get the Evercoat Rage Gold but onlyingallon size but at the same place i found the XL micro body filler in quart. what would be the best to get? the gallon is way too much but its the stuff that i heard good things about and i dont know much about the XL stuff. any info would be helpful

The rage gold is great stuff, thats what I've always went with.I did try out some filler that 3M has out in a white gallon can, half the price of the rage gold, seemed to be able to work it pretty good also, but I believe I'll stick with the rage gold, cause ya always go back to the best after ya try the rest.
Rage gold it is then. im picking up a can of it tomorrow.i think they used rage gold on MTV's Pimp my Ride on that VW Bus van, the one wit hthe surfer dude? It seemed like they slapped on a puke green bondo type stuff, same as what this looks like. anyways, it seems like this is good stuff anyways. if i dont use the extra(impossible to use a gallon, or .8 gallons is what it is, on my fender part) ican give it to my friends dad that restores old corvetts. my friendnad him jsut got done rebuilding a 1969 camaro RS/SS. a few nights ago we were getting ready to fully drop an LS1 engine out of a 98 camaro to put in his 69 camaro.
