for the 2nd s2000, is that a mugen front bumper (the one that looks like a smiley face)? if so anyone know how much they usually go for?

The black S2K with the Mugen front bumper cover and the decals isn't mine. It's a buddy's that I drove up from Indianapolis to my house for a favor for him.
