Default Timing Belt Maintenance

Can someone give me a list of parts needed to do the timing belt maintenance? I am buying the parts, and have a shop that will do the work for $262.80. I have a 95 Integra LS SE. Thanks.

1. timing belt
2. water pump (optional but recommended)
3. tensioner (optional but recommeded)
4. impact gun (optional but makes the only hard part of the job easy)
5. 10, 12, 14, 19mm sockets.. (maybe others i missed?)
6. beer (optional but recommeded)

may have missed something minor... anyone?

So regards of other parts, just the timing belt, water pump, and tensioner is really it? No other parts needed like a valve cover gasket set?

oh yeah.. well.. i reused mine. its prolly a good idea.. but if you make sure to clean off the surfaces and get any silicone off... then use silicone in the corners to make sure there are no leaks, you can re-use them.

and you forgot... beer..

i did it for the first time myself a couple of weeks ago... the only hard part is getting the crank pulley bolt off... besides that its cake.. just make sure your timing marks line up after you put the belt on and turn it a few times.. if its off you have to remove the belt and try again.. mine ended up being a little off but im going to fix it one day when i got time.

The impact gun is not necessary because you are going to need a air compressor to run the impact gun which is going to cost extra.

Keep it simple:

Timing belt, belt tensioner, water pump, torque wrench, and this: http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/AP-7809.html

BTW $262 is kinda steep for just labor.

Yeah but impact gun all in all is the easiest way to go.Even if you dont own one im sure someone could assist you in remove it for far cheaper than 262.80$$.Save the money do it yourself man.Thats cash you could buy your own damn breaker bar and socket set for future use.Unless your not mechanically inclined!

I'm in the same process for my 98 GS-R. I've asked some ppl on H-TECH for help changing the parts for me...I got some responses and their asking 150 for that and the valve adjustment. I'm dead broke and is willing to pay 100 and I'll help out. I'm in the bay area!

For the parts that's needed i ordered the following:

NEW Valve cover gasket (OEM)
NEW T-BELT (OEM)
NEW Water pump (0EM)
NEW drive belts all 3 of them (OEM)
NEW Tensioner (OEM)
NEW spart plug grommets (OEM)

I think that's it... So if anyone willing to help me out... PM ME!!!

i did this for the first time myself about a month ago.. i really would suggest using the air gun for the crank bolt.. somtimes you just cant get it off with just a breaker from what i hear. its easy if you got the right tools and some free time.. if you got any questions just hit me up, ill be glad to help.

I would've done it for you for $50 w/o any help if you were in my area. I can't believe people charge so much for something so simple.

BTW I forgot the coolant

But FAR from expensive. Not even 12 bucks.

Not sure but this is what I did on my LS integra for $550ish including parts and labor at a local certified Honda specialist.

Timing belt, water pump, tensioner, all accessory belts, valve cover gasket set (includes spark plug gromets), crank seal (mine was worn when we took out the water pump), billet cam seal, new coolant, valve adjustment, upper radiator hose, manual tranny flush, retapped a distributor screw cuz it was busted, and maybe a couple other things.
