I have a 90 crx hf that just blew a head gasket how much warpage on the head is too much, with a straight edge .013 mm is the warpage, I think its too much but just let me know.

Ide STILL go get it milled down.

Before you do anything, you should take out the rocker arms and install the cams with the cam bearings. Make sure that the cam is not binding due to the warpage. If it is, get a new or used head. You might want to get a new head anyway if you can find one cheap.

 

if you dont get it reserfised your are going to not have a good tight seal (head to block) so yes get it reserfised.
