i juss got a full b16a2 swap in my EK. i also got A/c installed because i will be moving to Florida at the end of summer for school. Heres what i was charged. My friend is a mechanic familiar with swaps so he did the work for me.

mounts and brackets and other **** to convert to obd2...400
ac parts...500

Labor ac.....500 (had to take whole dash out etc.)

ac parts seem offly expensive. Did you get a new/remanufactured compressor?

I don't know, 1k for labor seems good though.

Doesn't sounds too awful bad, atleast don't frown on it now, just enjoy your swap. Go drive the **** out of it.

I had two friends help me with my swap. In the end I learned a lot, had a lot of fun, and probably improved my friendships with them.

Paying sucks unless you have to.

I wish I had friends that would help me with anything automotive related, unfortunately I wouldn't trust any of them with a wrench and my car...none are too technically inclined. Fortunately my dad is...and he would enjoy helpin.

Sounds like a fair price though.

I dont know you but i dont even charge that much. I would charge like 800 the most for all that (labor wise). I only charge 300 for swaps. Ehh i guess its different in different parts.
