Default Attn cam experts, question about valve springs

first off i searched, but i'm not entirely sure what i'm looking for so it didn't do me much good. anyway, i got a jdm b18c, the head is off the car and apart, so i figured it would be a good time to upgrade valve springs, and i'm looking at the specs on them, but i don't even know what th stock specs are, so it dosn't help that much. basically, i want to run some stage 1 or 2 cams somwhere down the line safely, so i want a stifer spring so i can rev higher, how hi do i need to rev, and what kind of valve springs to i need? i'm looking at the crane springs p/n 903-2000, and they have 55lbs seat pressure, and 152lbs open pressure, is that enough? i don't even know if thats more than stock. someone please help

yes that will be enough, I dont know stock specs, but that will help. Also Supertech has good valve springs. You should look into them as well.
