94 SRV lude

hey guys, just saw an ad for a 94 SRV Prelude w/ 81000kms, no accidents, 2nd owner, everything stock for USD $11560 obo
is that worth it?

a little haggling might be ok but here in austin that car would be gone within 24 hours
