Drivers door not the weatherstrip that goes all the way around but runs from the mirror up around the window and down the window and stops on the inner part of the door and i also need the same weatherstrip that runs the same way but on the outside please help me out thanks

I know but does it come with the whole elbow piece that goes around the door thats where im confused

 

Did you look at it? It's the entire (OEM) door fixture. I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for, so take a look at the link and see if it's got what you're looking for.
