No we ran 11.1 at 135 in the finals like I said it was his first video and he was cutting out a lot of the clock views at the end. The car has a mid 10 pass in it as the track was prepped horribly and we were on low boost most of the night

it downloaded as a .html for me as well. Just change it to a .wmv and your all set
