Hi i juat crashed my car and i notice the motor mounts are torn can i just buy the energy suspension motor mounts and replace the stock ones? has anyone does this do i need a press or can i just do it myself? thanks

 

if it is totally torn then you will ned to replace the mount first. On my lower driver side mount i had one tear and the ES kit worked fine for that. But if it is totally torn it wont help much.

You can do it all by hand, with hand tools. front lower too are easy, the rear is a pain in the ***.
